  4. Flexible scheduling – Lessons can be weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly depending on availability. When you don’t have time to have a lesson, Ali will provide advice for solo practice and stay in contact via the internet.
  5. Track your progress together – The first meeting includes a consultation and goal setting. This will help you start to make clear markers for your progress. Regular check-ins with Ali will allow you to see changes that you may not notice on your own!
